Spin classes are a great way to stay in shape and beat the winter blues by staying active and social through the cold months. In recent years many have found spin classes to be a fun and effective way to spend their winters which is accounts for their huge increase in popularity over the last decade. A spin class is a group activity lead by an experienced rider where the participants are guided through a series of cycling exercises on stationary bikes or trainers. The workouts are designed to push the limits of the riders and be as time efficient as possible, meaning attendees can expect to get a whole day’s worth of exercise done in the short 60-90 minute classes. The B & L Classes will be held using stationary trainers, meaning attendees are required to bring their own bike, and any other riding equipment.

B & L Bicycles opened its doors in 1996 with the mission to help customers get the most out of their cycling experience with expert advice and guidance, the very best products, and a friendly and pleasant shopping experience. Since then the shop has gained a reputation for providing the best fitting and customization services, ensuring that anyone who visits walks away with exactly what they need to get the most out of the beautiful riding that the Palouse has to offer. B & L sells Trek Bicycles because with the many years of combined experience, the shop employees have come to find no other company that can match Trek’s quality and value.
