This video is awesome, it shows you how to make Szechuan Sauce, but there isn't a list of ingredients for those of us who need to read the list. So I wrote it down.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup White Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup White Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 Tsp Sesame Seed Oil
- 1/4 Tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Ginger Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Marmite
- 1 Tbsp Corn Syrup
- 2 tbsp Corn Starch
- 1 tsp xanthan gum
Utensils
- Sauce Pan
- Something to stir (whisk works best)
- Spatula
- Fine Strainer
